Method of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the cost of the project is required to confirm the order. The balance is due prior to shipping. Payment can be made using VISA or MasterCard. Personal check, business check, certified check or bank draft are also acceptable forms of payment. Personal and business checks may be held for approximately ten days prior to shipping.
Shipments should be inspected upon their arrival. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within ten days of receipt of goods, otherwise replacement parts will have to be paid for by the customer.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you request a price list, we ask for your contact information so that we can fulfill your request.
When you place an order, we require your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card information, phone and fax numbers and email address.
For our American customers, U.S. customs requires a federal ID number or Social Insurance Number.
When you submit a request using the Cost Estimator, pertinent information is required so that we may contact you to respond to your inquiry.
All information collected is considered to be confidential. Steptoe does not sell, trade, share or rent your personal information to others.
